La difícil situación de las Pymes se expuso en una reunión en la Cámara de Comercio

Las serias dificultades que enfrenta el comercio fueron expuestas este martes en una reunión convocada por la Cámara de Comercio, Turismo, Industria y Producción de Viedma. Los asistentes, que colmaron el salón de reuniones de la institución, hicieron referencia a las diversas presiones que vienen soportando e inclusive son motivo de cierres que ya se están produciendo.

Planteado ese cuadro y considerados los perjuicios que ocasionaría dos jornadas de inactividad en cuanto a afrontar los compromisos económicos, desde la entidad empresaria se respetará la libertad de acción a los comerciantes para que decidan la actitud a asumir en cuanto al paro nacional de mañana. Sin embargo, se dejó en claro que no cerrar no significará bajo ninguna circunstancia estar en contra o no compartir los motivos del reclamo, sino que hay necesidades económicas que no permiten hacerlo.

El encuentro, considerado altamente positivo por lo participativo y el sinceramiento en cuanto a lo expresado con respecto a las situaciones por las que atraviesa el sector, contó asimismo con la presencia de concejales y políticos locales. El presidente de la Cámara de Comercio, Marco Magnanelli, agradeció su concurrencia a los comerciantes, asociados y no asociados, destacando que “ustedes son los verdaderos dueños de esta Cámara”, y manifestando que “es su presencia y el apoyo que brinden a la misma lo que redundará en beneficio del desarrollo económico”.

En la oportunidad, Magnanelli compartió con los presentes un detalle pormenorizado de los reclamos puntuales que bajan de la Federación de Entidades Empresarias de Río Negro (FEERN), que están en concordancia con los de la Cámara de Comercio de Viedma en relación a “el alerta sobre las Pymes en Río Negro”. “Hoy la actividad económica de las pymes está amenazada por factores como: las altas tasas de interés, la presión impositiva, las tarifas con aumento. Sin dudas con este nivel de endeudamiento y éstas tasas, las Pymes no pueden trabajar”.

Seguidamente explicó el motivo de la convocatoria, orientado precisamente a conocer la situación del sector a través de las opiniones de sus directos protagonistas.

Un difícil panorama

Desde el inicio quedó en claro que el comercio local, como acontece con la generalidad de las PyMEs en el país, viene siendo afectado por una serie de dificultades que conspira contra su misma existencia. En ese sentido, se hizo mención, entre otras cuestiones, a las fuertes presiones tributarias, haciéndose un pormenorizado detalle de las mismas; los precios de los productos en constante alza; las subas en los alquileres, el comercio ilegal y la pérdida del poder adquisitivo de los consumidores.

También se aludió al comercio ilegal y a las grandes superficies, como los supermercados, que inclusive, se apuntó, se llevan los dineros de Viedma, en contraposición del pequeño y mediano comercio local, que lo recircula dentro de la misma ciudad.

En cada caso antes citado, desde la Cámara de Comercio se detallaron las gestiones realizadas para tratar de superar esas situaciones, respondiéndose a las preguntas que se efectuaron.

Finalmente, se formuló una propuesta, dirigida a realizar una amplia campaña para que la población y las autoridades tomen conciencia de los graves problemas que alcanzan al pequeñas y medianas empresas.
